UI (User Interface) and UX (User Experience) are important aspects to design a page layout. It focuses on creativity and brand values.

UI Design: It focuses on user interface to align button, form, and page layout. They work for GUI (Graphical User Interface).

UX design: It focuses on user experience. It suggest the correct position of page layout based on user experience. E.g. If there is a login button, UI designer will create a button, UX designer will suggest correct position to place that login button.

We can design page using various tools like photoshop, figma, illustrator, etc. Also there are various free templates available in market which can be edited based on our use. We should focus on mobile responsive design so that it gets maximum hits in SEO.
