I have seen lots of startup which collapse very soon.

I will give you few ideas for startup.

1. You should open startup which you know. Don’t see other and open your own startup as they are doing good.
2. You should have knowledge of everything in your startup, not expert level but atleast of basic level.
3. Don't think as boss, think as good leader who can take care of their employee
4. These days lots of people are there who make you fool and take money from you. Be alert.
5. All employee you hire, should work as your shoulder or multiple hands. .e.g I can do one work but it will take 1 month, if i take help of other 2, i can do it in 7 days. If i pay 20k to them and earn 50k for each from client. Its good and its business.
6. Don’t start working all things your own, you should know all as you will be responsible for everything in your business but you should focus on business or client mostly.
7. Plan everything, business need patience and work in correct direction
8. You can take consultation of good agency, but don't spend lots of money
9. Take help of digital world to progress fast and understand thing better
